Description

Leave the city for a day to go for a unique Russia experience: meet the Huskies, the true inhabitants of Russia North. During this day, you will meet more than 100 dogs, go trekking in the nature with them, and have the opportunity to take a kayak tour: a highlight of your stay in Russia!

Languages available: French, English, Spanish, Russian (choice during the check-out)

You will meet your guide at your hotel in the morning. Together, get onboard a minibus to go outside of Moscow to turn your day into an unforgettable adventure. Your destination point is one of the biggest dog kennels in Russia, located in a picturesque area on the shore of Moscow River.

Once there, you will be warmly welcomed by Natalia, the owner of the Village, who is passionate about looking after huskies for more than 10 years. While sharing a cup of tea, she will tell you the wonderful history of northern dogs’ breeds and about their adventurous lives next to great explorers. Together, you will then go meet the dogs.

As soon as you enter the kennel, the dogs will show the absolute love for humans, for which this breed is so famous. Hug more than 100 huskies and feel free to take pictures with every single dog. Right after, each of you will be able to choose one dog, with whom you will spend the rest of the day. And here your adventure begins:

OPTION A - 5-km dog-trekking tour (capacity – up to 25 people) / 4h on-site + 3h road:

Accompanied by professional “kayur” (dog-sled leader) and a guide, you will go for a 5-km hike in the heart of a forest alongside the Moscow river. Each member of the group will have a husky, strapped to his back with a rope. The dogs themselves will be choosing the route and be guiding you through natural landscapes. This summer activity is extremely popular with Russian dog-lovers as it allows people to unite with animals. Once back, you will visit the farm and feed geese, chickens, black Vietnamese pigs and goats that will also be happy to play with you!

OPTION B - 6-km dog-trekking tour + 6-km kayaking (capacity – up to 10 people) / 6h on-site + 3h road:

You will go on a unique tour, which has no alternatives in Russia, where both dog-trekking experience and kayaking are done together. After a 6-km hike with the dogs and professional kayurs you reach the checkpoint, where you will be able to swim in the river and to enjoy a little lunch (each person receives a backpack with a bottle of water, juice, an apple, a chocolate bar and cookies). At the checkpoint you will meet the kayaking instructors who will teach how to ride kayaks. Right after that you will start 6-km way back on kayaks on Moscow river, observing wonderful nature around.

When your trip is done, Natalia will welcome you to enjoy a traditional Russian meal with hot herbal tea and freshly cooked “oladushki” (Russian pancakes).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This tour requires special clothing, in order to make this experience more comfortable for you:

- For 5-km dog-trekking please wear pants and comfortable shoes

- For 6-km trekking + kayaking, apart from comfortable shoes and pants, please bring swimsuits, slippers and extra T-shirts (you will change at the checkpoint)

At first, we wanted to go sleding, but because of the lack of snow we had to switch for trekking. It ended up being a fantastic experience that we would recommand to anyone, especially if you want to have a lot of fun.
We played and cuddle more than 100 dogs as expected: simply wonderful. A big plus is that you can see how well they are treated here.

1Is my payment secure?

In order to make your payment easier and faster, we implemented a secured online payment system. Your banking details are coded in order to protect you from frauds.

2Is there a booking fee?

You do not have any additional booking fee. The indicated price is the paid price.

3In which currency is the payment processed?

The payment is done in euros. You will be debited according to your bank’s currency rate. Prices in other currencies are indicative prices based on the daily rate of the European Central Bank.

4How and until when can I modify or cancel my booking?

The client can modify or cancel his booking only by contacting Tsar Visit at the email address client@tsarvisit.com in English, French or Russian.

If the cancellation occurs less than one week (7 days) before the tour, the tour will not be refunded if entrance tickets are included. If the tour does not include entrance tickets, it can be refunded if the cancellation request is made up to 3 days (72 hours) before the tour. The amount refunded will correspond to the amount paid by the client, minus 2% of this amount, corresponding to the payment fees on www.tsarvisit.com.

Tsar Visit keeps the right to cancel or modify certain tours or excursions without prior notice if the comfort and/or safety of travelers requires it, in case of force majeure, strikes, demonstrations, administrative decisions, weather conditions or exceptional closures. If the client wishes to cancel the tour due to a modification of the tour by Tsar Visit (due to the above-mentioned points), the refund of the tour will be full and the payment fees (2%) will also be refunded.
Tsar Visit cannot be held responsible for changes made to the reservation in the event of force majeure and other aggravating circumstances that may arise in the tourism industry and which are not attributable to Tsar Visit, in particular in the following cases: cancellation, delay or postponement of a flight by the airlines, changes in the deadlines for obtaining a visa from the Embassy, or refusal by the Embassy to issue a visa. Nevertheless, our team will try its best to find an alternative arrangement, depending on the availability of suitable guides and the available tour times of the sites you wish to visit.

5When will I be reimbursed?

You will be refunded within 7 working days at last, following the acceptation of your cancellation.

6For how long my items are saved in my cart?

A selected visit added to your cart will be saved for your for 60 minutes.
